PRICES AND PAYMENT

Each product is listed with a price inclusive of VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price, including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.

Shipping terms are also specified in the shopping cart based on the chosen shipping method.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you wish to withdraw. The withdrawal period begins the day you receive the product or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made product or a product that has been clearly personalized, the withdrawal period starts on the day we provide the relevant information.

The right of withdrawal applies if the product is unused, any packaging is unopened, and the product is returned in its original packaging with any accompanying original documentation. The product must be received by us within 30 days after delivery to your home.

After 14 days, or if the products have been used and you wish to make a return, there is a fee of 150 SEK that will be charged. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and for the condition of the product during the return shipment to us. We do not accept shipments that are not fully prepaid.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You are required to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but you may carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order with us, you provide your personal information. By registering and placing an order, you agree that we may store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive information about the data we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. Please contact us via email if necessary.

COOKIES

This online store uses cookies in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act, July 25, 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information to help the online store identify and track users. Cookies can be session-based or stored permanently on your computer. During your first visit to the store, your browser is assigned a unique session cookie to avoid confusing you with other users.

To use the online store, you should allow cookies in your browser. These cookies are only used to enhance your experience and provide better support, and they do not store any personal data about you. Cookies can be deleted. In this store, cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart, your settings, and the pages you have visited to improve your customer experience and support.

DELIVERY

The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it is specified next to the respective product.

Uncollected Packages

If you chose cash-on-delivery as the shipping method, your products will remain at the post office for four weeks. Uncollected packages are returned to us. For all unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative fees, and handling costs, currently 150 SEK.

RETURNS

Returns are made at your own expense unless the product is defective or if we made an error in packing. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not cash-on-delivery. In case of exchanges, we will cover the new shipping cost from us to you.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, if it concerns a product:

You must send or return it to us.

Refund Obligation:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the product as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from the day we received the product or, in the case of a service, the notification of your withdrawal. You must pay the return shipping costs when returning the product. We always cover the return shipping cost for sending replacement items.
